Course Description:

This talk will draw on real-world experience leading small, high-performing teams in high-consequence environments. It will explore how strong leadership, individual competence, and interpersonal trust enable teams to perform when it matters most. The session will also discuss how effective collaboration across teams is built so it can be relied upon in critical moments. Emphasis will be placed on practical lessons, including both mistakes and successes, drawn from operating in high-stress situations. Join us to deepen your understanding of how to cultivate resilient, cohesive teams that perform under pressure.

Biography:

Dan Murphy served 11 years as a Navy SEAL officer. He deployed across the globe in combat leadership roles and finished his career as the Director of Training for SEAL Training (BUD/S). He is passionate about living a life worthy of what others have sacrificed for.
